Just had to let you know…
If you’re a regular reader of this blog you’ll definitely have heard the name Shaun Stafford…you know, the Professional Fitness Model I photographed recently and whom Scott Kelby asked “Are we even the same species?”

Well, this past weekend Shaun was over in Toronto, Canada competing in the WBFF World Championships and get this…he won!!! Shaun is now officially the World Champion…How cool is that!?!
So come on folks join me here by leaving a message in the comments section below and congratulating Shaun in what is without doubt a massive achievement!
Right…now to book Shaun to model for the next day long workshop
