Hope you had a good weekend and thanks for stopping by.
On Saturday just gone we had the first of our Dynamic Duo Workshops and for this one we went with a Hulk Theme.
A Sold Out workshop with folks who’d travelled in from various parts of the UK, I had such a blast with everyone who came along as we went from talking about themed shoots, planning, deciding on what final pictures we wanted to end up with and then onto the lighting and the photography.
Some feedback posted on Facebook…

A HULK sized thanks goes to our model for the day Steve Lewington who so perfectly suited what we were looking for.
Following lunch it was then onto the Photoshop part of the day where we worked our way through turning Steve into the Hulk which covering all kinds of techniques that can be used in other images…not that you’ll be turning everyone green of course 🙂
Video: Behind the Scenes
Last week I posted a short video showing how you can help your physique model make their abdominals stand out even more just by exhaling and then forcing a cough. Well, seeing as Steve was playing the part of the Hulk we just had to get him to do the same and you you can see it here thanks to some Behind the Scenes video footage. Oh and there’s also a little bit included where I mentioned about what I call ‘Bathroom Lighting’ which really helps to make muscles stand out even more. Sound isn’t perfect but you get the idea…
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable day finished off with the customary curry..has to be done 🙂
One more thing…
The next Dynamic Duo Workshop in the UK is Saturday 11th May 2013 and art the time of writing this post there’s just 1 space left so you’ll need to be quick to BOOK your place…
