Through Darkness there is Light

A recent episode of our HE SHOOTS, HE DRAWS Podcast has absolutely nothing to do with Photography, Design or indeed Creativity, however I do honestly feel that no matter who you are, what you are or where you are, it should be compulsory listening!

In Episode 42, I sat and chatted with my lifelong friend Nathan Black.

As a young kid at school, Nathan was a couple of years above me but he was the kid that everyone wanted to be: good looking, tough, he had muscles, he was fearless when doing stunts on his bike, had all the girls after him … he had it all. However during more recent years, Nathan has been through some incredibly tough times both physically and medically.

Having been through 2 kidney transplants Nathan has had to endure some incredibly dark and challenging times. It’s been far from easy but as Nathan explains in the chat, through darkness there is always light so long as you endure.

This is an incredibly moving, emotive and powerful chat but the positive feedback it has received has been quite overwhelming as it really does hit home with a lot of people and unexpectedly is helping others going through their own darkness.

You can take a listen to it on iTunes and all other Apps and places you’ll find Podcasts including Google Play, Spotify and of course the official website: CLICK HERE

I’d love to hear your thoughts after listening to it and if like others you’d like to get a message to Nathan, feel free to use the comments section below and I’ll make sure he gets every one.
