Hey Folks,

Hope all is well with you.

Ok so today I’ve a new picture to show you from one of last week’s photo shoots, and this one I’m calling “Assassin”.

I’m getting the feeling that watching the Underworld Films recently may have influenced me slightly; gotta love the movies though right 🙂

Anyway, next week I’ll be posting a write up of the shoot along with some more images that I’ve worked on and a look Behind The Scene (B.T.S.) to show the lighting set ups and a sneak peek at the editing.

I mentioned it in an earlier post that the model for this shoot was Bodybuilder/Fitness Model Mehmet Edip who was an absolute dream to work with. Mehmet really got into the themes we’d discussed beforehand and came to the studio armed to the teeth (literally) with all kinds of clothing, outfits and fake weapons; so much in fact that we’re going to be booking in more shooting time to work on the other themes. Lots of fun to be had 🙂

So, here’s a Before/After to give you an idea of how the image looked ‘out of camera’ and then so you can see what retouching was done using Photoshop.

Oh, during the write up I’ll also give a look at my new workflow as that’s changed quite a bit now as I’m starting everything off in Lightroom…something I’ve not done before for this kind of work but I’m loving it!

Also, I’m really excited to tell you that Mehmet is one of the models at my next studio Photography & Photoshop Creative Workshop on Saturday 21st July, so the themes are gonna ROCK!

At the time of posting this there are just a few spaces left and still at the reduced price of just £95 so don’t miss out, BOOK HERE and I’ll see you there…it’s gonna be a blast!

Ok that’s all from me so whatever you’re up to this weekend have a great one and I’ll catch you back here in a few days,

Glyn 🙂
