Ok so now that I’ve managed to peel myself down from the ceiling, taken a few deep breaths and counted to 10, I can finally share the news with you that I’m going to be teaching a class at Photoshop World in Washington, DC!!! [Link]

I seriously cannot even begin to explain how excited I am to have been asked; as if going to Photoshop World wasn’t good enough I’m now on the Instructor list alongside my heroes in this Industry…but I guess words like overwhelmed, ecstatic and honoured are as good as start as any 🙂

Having only yesterday had the phone call with Scott Kelby I’ve yet to decide on what exactly I’ll be teaching but as soon as I know more details I’ll be sure to keep you posted, but seeing as Scott announced it on The Grid I just had to share the news with you; I guess you can tell I’m excited right?

Anyway I just had to tell you, but I must dash…I’ve booked some elocution lessons to help with my pronunciation of ‘Opacity’ with a home tutor between now and March 2012 and they’re due round any minute, so I’ll catch up with you later,
Enjoy 🙂

I knew this for months. It was in my gut, sorry I should have let you know… lol. No surprise to me my friend. I really think you should stick you how you pronounce opacity now. It will shake it up a bit and that’s always a good thing!
    Cheers! and Grats! Kelley

Outstanding! I’ll be lucky to get a handshake in with you now and I couldn’t be happier for you. Don’t work too hard on the elocution though. Even when you cover a technique I’ve known for years I feel like I’m hearing it in a whole new way. The Glyn Dewis co-bloke-quialism is a big part of your charm mate! 😉 Can’t wait to meet you in Washington!

In this time of austerity and gloomy news, it’s so refreshing to hear such good news – it just shows that persistence and determination and your bountiful generosity is sharing your techniques with us all has paid off. Congratulations Glyn and may this lead to even better things.
