Hope you had a good weekend.
Today I’m really pleased to announce winners from our Oxford, Scott Kelby World Wide Photo Walk back on Saturday 5th October.
There’s so much that I love about these Photo Walks in addition to the social side of things. One thing that I’m always intrigued by is how such a large group of people can walk around the same location but see and photograph so many different things; I love that!
Oxford World Wide Photo Walk Winner
It’s always hard to pick a winner because such a variety of great shots are posted however it has to be done; so…
Congratulations goes to Ognyan Yosifov for this photograph:
Ognyan Yosifov will now be entered into the World Wide Competition for the change to win the Grand Prize or rather Prizes seeing as there is so much available in addition to receiving a copy of Scott Kelby’s new book ‘Lightroom 5 for Digital Photographers’…way to go mate!!!
Topaz Labs Winners
Extra competitions were organised on the day and one was a picture hunt.
On the day of the walk attendees had 5 photographs to find en-route that I’d taken a few days previous and then upload to the Flickr page that I’d created for the group. Thankfully those in shop windows were still there on the day and many if not most walkers managed to track down all five.
Topaz Labs very kindly offered up prizes to 3 winners of the Photo Hunt and they are:
- David G Turner
NAPP UK / Kelby Training Winner
Finally we ran one extra competition where the topic was RED and that could be absolutely anything.
The winner of this would win the A Day with Jay Maisel DVD Set from Kelby Training and NAPP UK and that goes to:
- Snappist (John Frye) [Link]
Congratulations to everyone but above all thanks again for coming along and making it such a fun day!
Can I ask that those of you who were winners of the extra competitions drop me an email to email@example.com so we can get your postal address / emails and get your prizes out to you.
Ok that’s all from me for today so have a good one and I’ll catch you back here tomorrow.
