Hey Everyone,

Thanks for stopping by.

Today I thought I’d kick the week off with  video for you.

The video is one we recorded yesterday and it’s all about Backing Up your Files.

Recently thanks to my friend Chris Fields at CHNO Technology I’ve had a complete overhaul of my Backing Up Workflow; something I’ve been meaning to do for a while because I’ve tried all kinds of systems and methods and none seem to work 100% or I just wasn’t happy with the process.

Thankfully sitting with Chris and explaining how I work, what I do and how I do it he put together a Bespoke System for me using several RAID set ups that covers me for working in the office/home AND when travelling.

Anyway rather than me explain it all, click PLAY on the video below and see what Chris came up with AND what I hasten to has worked out to be PERFECT for me…

Sure the system I have in place may not be suitable for everyone; the TOUGH TECH Duo would probably be enough for most but the idea here was to give you food for thought and maybe to take another look at your own workflow to see if you need to tweak it a little.

Of course when it comes to Backing Up there’s always going to be What If’s so the idea is to try and minimise them as much as possible.

Anyway, definitely check out Chris over at CHNO (links below) and also make sure you bookmark his blog which he updates on a regular basis with all kinds of tips and tricks for keeping your computer (mainly Mac but does cover Windows too) running healthy.

Catch you next time,
Glyn
