Hey Everyone,

How’s it going?

Well today I’m just dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s getting organised, packed and soon leaving for the airport and heading over to The Netherlands for Professional Imaging 2014.

Seriously can’t wait as it’s my first time being there and another opportunity to hang out with friends Joe McNally and Frank Doorhof; good times!!!

So before I head off I just wanted to let you know that I’ve now added a new date for my PHOTOSHOP MASTERY WORKSHOP and this time I’m heading ‘Up North’…well, not quite North but Cannock, Staffordshire.

I strongly believe that the real skill in Photoshop and retouching in general isn’t in knowing lots of cool techniques but rather knowing when and how to use them together to achieve the final image and that is exactly what I cover in this 1 day workshop.

We’ll work Step by Step through a series of images from scratch as I show you how to go Out of Camera to Print Ready.

Topics we’ll cover include:

  • Concepts / Ideas / Planning / Preparation
  • Keeping your Eyes Open (Retouching for Realism)
  • Equipment / Tools of the Trade
  • Lighting for Composites (Equipment, Set Ups)
  • Non Destructive Workflow – Retouching the “Professional” way
  • Preparing the Files
  • Mastering Selections / Cut Outs
  • Compositing
  • Layer Mask Magic
  • Realistic Shadows
  • Lighting Effects (Adding realistic light sources, lighting for mood / atmosphere and more…)
  • Colour Effects (Creating the ‘Look’)
  • Special Effects
  • Photoshop CC enhancements and much more…

EXTRA INFORMATION:
•Limited to 15 attendees
•Every Attendee will receive a USB Card containing Asset Files & Goodies including Full Length Tutorials.
•Attendees are to bring their own computer / laptop with Photoshop & Camera RAW (Lightroom if used)
•Buffet Lunch provided

This is going to be a FULL ON day of Photoshop that I guarantee will not only improve your retouching skills but will make you think differently about how you approach retouching.

EARLY BIRD PRICING:
£109 per person (until 11th May 2014 – normal price £139pp)

I REALLY look forward to seeing you there and having a GREAT day oh and of course followed by social time: food, drinks etc…
