Hi Folks,
I’m working on my class for Photoshop World today but thought I’d take a quick coffee break to share a Photoshop Tip with you that’s more of a…Did you know?

At some point during your editing you’ll likely find yourself creating what’s called a Merged or Combined Layer and that generally involves the Monster Keyboard Shortcut of pressing the Command + Option + Shift + E keys on your keyboard if you’re a Mac user or  the CTRL + ALT + Shift + E keys if you’re a Windows user. But, did you know that rather than having your fingers stretched all over the keyboard , if you just held down the ALT/OPTION key and clicked on Merge Visible from the Layer Menu it does exactly the same thing?

Hey if you knew it then great but if not then you no longer need to keep attending those Contortionist Classes.

Enjoy 🙂

Cool tip Glyn, but dominating my keyboard into submission with “the claw” makes me feel like such a man!

Mega useful Glyn. Stretching your fingers to hit all those keys at once is a bit like that Startrek thing that Spock does – awkward.

Live Long and Prosper my friend !
