Ok so with the New Year now full steam ahead I’m looking forward to continuing working on personal projects over the coming months.
If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you’ll likely know that one of my ongoing projects is based around animals whereby I’m taking photographs of animals in captivity (Wildlife Parks, Zoos etc) and then using Photoshop to build pictures that then make the animal appear to be in it it’s natural environment; in effect…setting them free.
I’m aiming for around 25 to 30 pictures for starters but one of the things I did recently as an experiment was to revisit a couple of earlier pictures and rework them changing things such a position of background elements, depth of field, crop, black and white conversions etc…
The first version of this composite image was in full colour which you can see here in my 500px portfolio: [LINK]
Check out the larger / high quality version here [LINK]
So when was the last time you looked back at some earlier pictures and reworked them? Maybe you never have. If so why not give it a go and see how you do things differently?
Have a great start to the week and I’ll catch you back here next time.
Enjoy,
Glyn
Absolutely breathtaking!
