Hey Folks,

Today I have a video for you that I’ve recorded about a photography product I’m now TOTALLY hooked on…literally!

Whilst out at Photoshop World in Las Vegas I was encouraged to check out the SpiderHolster stand on the Expo floor by my buddy Pete Collins.

Now I’ve known for some time that Pete is a BIG fan of the Spider Holster range of products but I’ve tended to avoid them until now because well, I’ll let you watch the video to find out…

Since sharing this video across social media quite a few questions have been posed so I’ve added them below:

1) How secure is your camera in it?

a) Very. You’ll see in the video it’s rock solid PLUS there’s an additional lock to hold it even more securely in place

2) Is it comfortable?

a) Absolutely! With the weight on your hips you can kiss goodbye to lower back pain, shoulder ache and the occasional sore neck from a strap digging in.

3) I prefer to have a strap of some sort so I don’t drop my camera.

a) Good point but there’s nothing stopping you using that too I guess. The Spider Holster is great for transporting the camera and kit around on your person.

4) Can you still attach your tripod mount?

a) Yep sure can. There’s two screw holes in the plate that attaches to your camera allowing you to do exactly that.

5) They don’t do a belt big enough for my waist.

a) Check out the Spider Holster site and you’ll see they have a gizmo that allows you to attach you camera to your own trouser belt.

Oh and if you haven’t watched the video, just to clarify I’m under no contract with Spider Holster, I get no commission, I’m not an affiliate or anything like that…I just think this is a really great product and for once a comfortable way to carry your camera outside of your camera bag…I love it so thanks for the recommendation Pete!

Right that’s all from me for today so whatever you’re up to have a good one and I’ll catch you back here tomorrow.

Enjoy,
Glyn
