Hi Folks,

How’s it going?

Ok so today I want to point you to the work of Artist, Academy Award Nominee, and friend Aaron Blaise.

I got to meet and hang out with Aaron at last week’s Photoshop World, Orlando as we were both amongst the list of instructors, and  I have to say it was most definitely one of the week’s highlights.

An insanely talented artist who worked on such films as The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast to name but a few, Aaron’s art is simply breathtaking and to add to that, Aaron also has tutorials available teaching techniques over on his site too.

Whether you’re a Photographer, Retoucher, Designer…having seen and heard how Aaron approaches his work I believe we can all benefit; whether it be to gain a deeper understanding of painting light, texture and depth or to simply be motivated and moved by the art of art.

Right that’s all for today so I’ll leave you to check out Aaron’s work and see you back here tomorrow,
Enjoy,
Glyn

If there is a downside to Photoshop World – and I’m not sayin’ there is – it’s that you cannot be in all the sessions at once. I did not get to see any of Aaron’s presentations, but I sure hope he is at PSW next spring so I can catch him there.

Dave you definitely want to get to his classes; it’s breathtaking to see how the pictures come together and so effortlessly too.
