Hey Folks,

Hope you had a good weekend.

Just a quick post today to let you know that my very first 2 Day Dynamic Duo “Knock Out” Workshop in Halifax has just a few places remaining…

With space for 15 attendees we’ve officially just 3 spaces left and with just over a month to go!!!

SUMMARY:

Day 1: Photography
We’ll be on location at the Halifax Boxing Club photographing portraits of Boxers, staged action shots with one, two amd three people and also going through how to light and photograph Muscular Athletic Physiques and also covering shooting for compositing. PLUS I’ll be joining up with my Buddy and TOP Photographer Kieron Nevison to make sure that it’s a day packed full of teaching, learning and shooting!

This is a great chance to shoot powerful images on location where we’ll start off right from scratch…the concept, planning, preparation and shooting where we’ll be setting the lights up to give us exactly the look we’re after ALWAYS with the final image and retouching in mind.

Which lights to use? Which modifiers? Using a Light Meter, Posing and more…all this and more will be covered throughout the day!

Day 2: Retouching
This is where I’ll take you through my entire workflow using Lightroom/Camera RAW and Photoshop retouching the images that we photographed on Day 1.

By the end of the day we’ll have covered the entire retouching process in Camera RAW/ Lightroom and Photoshop to show you how I create a final portrait, action shot, composite and Physique shot.

This is the first workshop of it’s kind and I’m really excited that we’ll be ‘on location’ so that I can take you through absolutely everything from start to finish…from setting up on location to ending up with final print ready images.
