Since my new book ‘The Photoshop Workbook: Professional Retouching and Compositing Tips, Tricks and Techniques‘ was published and released on the 1st January 2015, I couldn’t have wished for a better response.

Hearing and seeing responses from people who have the book and are really enjoying and learning a lot from the content, certainly makes the months of writing all worthwhile, that’s for sure.

So today, I thought I’d answer a few of the common questions I’ve received and that have cropped up…

1. Where can I buy the book?

The book is available world wide and in all major books stores such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Waterstones and so on. I’ve heard from people that have purchased the stores I’ve never even heard of PLUS there’s also the publishers’ sites (Peachpit / Pearson)

2. Is the book available for Kindle?

Sure is. It’s available as an ebook for Kindle, Kobo and I’m sure other versions I’ve not heard of too 🙂

3. Why does amazon.co.uk say the book isn’t published until 31st January when it’s already been published?

Good question. I did ask the publishers about this and it appears that it’s all down to a stock issue at amazon.co.uk. More stock has arrived and the date will be updated soon along with the delivery dates that people have been getting.

Some UK folks have actually ordered direct from the publishers (Peachpit.com in the USA) and have received their copy in just 3 days.

4. How can I get a signed copy?

Over the coming weeks and months I’ll be at a number of conferences, camera club talks, workshops so I’d be honoured to sign copies there. Alternatively some folks have ordered a copy then posted it to me with a S.A.E to sign and return.
