Video: Using Photoshop to Add Muscle Definition

Hi Everyone,

Today I have a new video for you.

As promised this shows how in Photoshop I added those back muscles onto the Rugby Player that I mentioned earlier this week.

Very simple, quick and what’s more…completely free from blood, sweat and tears 🙂

I just wish this had been possible for real during my competitive Bodybuilding days:
