Hi Folks,

Today I want to give you some details of a couple of upcoming webinars / online trainings.

The first is one I briefly mentioned a short while back and that’s one I’m doing with RetouchPRO.

The date is set for Saturday 9th June, will be aired live at 6pm UK and is scheduled to last 2 hours.

I’ll be going through the complete retouch from start to finish of my Running Late picture where I’ll be going through making the background, adding in your subject, changing facial expression and much more…

Registration for the Live Webinar costs $10 (US) and can also be rented for a 3 day period afterwards for $15.

You can check out the list of previous webinars now available to rent on the RetouchPRO video page here [Link]

Be sure to keep an eye on the RetouchPRO website as the registration will be open for just a few days beforehand and tickets for the Live Webinar are limited.

Also, this coming Sunday (May 27th) at 7pm GMT is when I will be releasing a pre recorded webinar/online training which takes you through every single retouching step of my Homeward Bound picture.

I’ll be covering everything from building backgrounds out of numerous images, cut outs, placing your subject into a scene, colour manipulation, dodging and burning and a whole lot more.

Registration costs £10 but if you purchase a ‘ticket’ up to (and including) the date of release then the cost is just £5!

Also, as it’s a pre recorded video, registration will give you access to the video as often and whever you like 🙂

Ok that’s all from me for now but if you have any questions about the webinars/online training then feel free to make use of the comments section below.

Have a good one 🙂

    Hi Glyn

I’ve registered for Homeward Bound and had a ticket sent back by email. Obviously being an online event I won’t need to print this out and bring anywhere with me, so just wondering how the process will work? – will it be automatic via email log-in?

    Cheers Glyn,

Neil (big fan of your work)

@Neil…Hi Mate. FYI, I’ll send out an email on Sunday evening with the link and password to access the online training; should be at about 7pm.

Just wondering which frame that you used in PhotoFrame? I love it and can’t find it.

    Hi Glynn,
I would like to sign up for your “Running Late” webinar, however I’m currently not living in UK thus the time at my country is 5am in the morning. I understand that the webinars will be aired live. So is there anyway that I can watch it later?

Hi David. Sure thing, the webinar will be available afterwards in RetouchPRO video rentals section where it costs $15 for a 3 day rental.

      Cheers,
      Glyn

David this will be my first webinar with RetouchPRO and after the 9th June the webinar will be available to rent. I just sent you the details of where the rental videos are for future reference. Cheers, Glyn

Hey Glyn, just watch your webinars and I must say it’s awesome. However, I have a question:
Let’s say if I only have black backdrop instead of gray backdrop, will the overlay or soft-light still work fine? If not, how can I achieve a same effect when inserting a new background?

      Hi David.
This technique won’t work on a completely black backdrop however if you allow some of the light to fall onto it then you’ll get that to take on some of the grey and areas will show through then…if that makes sense.

    Hi

Is there a link to go watch the homeward bound training now? It’s the 30th of may but from how it reads it looks like you can pay and watch anytime? Or no?
