A few weeks back I was invited onto Ron Clifford YouTube LIVE Channel to speak with him about all things photography....

    Hey Glyn,

I just wanted to point out that this is only open to UK residents…. I got really excited when I saw this post but then I read the fine print in the magazine…

  2. John Skinner

I can echo Wayne here… Epic fail for those of us over here, not only is it not open to us. The Mag isn’t even on the shelves here.

    • Glyn

John /Wayne … Yeah folks here in the UK experience this all the time but then I guess for companies like this it can be difficult to get it right geographically every time when there’s a mix of prizes on offer; Lighting Kit maybe not an issue but then there’s 2 UK based workshops which would be a big ask for someone to pay travel costs for from say Australia etc…as that would be down to the winner/s.

Epic fail? I wouldn’t quite say that…it’s the first one they have run together and the likelyhood of more and more competitions being announced in the future is very high I would say as their brand name becomes much more recognised.

Wayne I’ve added a footer to clarify it’s UK only 😉

      Cheers Guys,

Something for the UK – at last. Thank you so much.

  4. Cathy Weatherston

Pitty you didn’t extend it ti Ireland, if I’d have won I would have paid the airfare to go over 🙁

    • Glyn

Cathy…To confirm, I have not made the rules here…I have merely offered a space on one of my workshops to whomever wins their competition.
