Sat here reflecting on the past 18 months or so of us all living with the Covid 19 Pandemic and subsequent restrictions.
Hard to fathom that its been so long since I’ve been able to continue with my 3945 Portraits Project, photographing World War 2 Veterans with the sole purpose of providing them with a classic, timeless portrait and at no expense; my way of saying thank you.
Restrictions have lifted to a degree but we understandably need to remain vigilant, careful and considerate, and although I am back taking portraits, I’m not sure when it will be safe to photograph our now very elderly veterans.
