BEST software for FIXING BLURRED / OUT OF FOCUS portraits

Fixing a blurred or out of focus portrait isn't something you ever want to have to do, but it's incredibly useful when you need to. Here I try out three different pieces of software and plug-ins to see how well each one fixes a blurred portrait: Luminar Neo, On1 NoNoise AI 2023 and Topaz Sharpen AI. I put them through their paces on the same image, and the winner produces an insanely good result.
